Marvel's all New Spider-Man

            This week I chose to talk about one of my personal favorites! Your friendly neighborhood well you know the rest (A reference to Tobey Maguire, one of my favorite spidermen). Developed by Insomniac Games they not only show miles going about fighting crime, but they also show him being a member of his neighborhood and fighting off petty crimes as well. You can see Miles swing through the streets of Harlem, New York where his personal story takes place.           Every adventure that Miles takes us on is a wild ride of swinging using his spider webs or using something new such as his bioelectricity powers. Benefits Of Videogames on Children

  When it comes to gaming for children most parents like to keep all videogames at a distance because they feel that the child will miss out on real-world experiences. However, in a recent article Dr. Martin Griffiths who is a psychology professor at Nottingham Trent University looked into the advantages of children in different age groups who play video games and how they can be looked at as educational. Video games are often seen as consuming children’s attention in a negative way, but it depends on what’s happening within the game since video games have a way of engaging children in learning experiences which are said to be called edutainment. By observing the children when using computer games to relay educational information it’s clear they prefer edutainment.                 The benefits that come from having children use videogames for educational purposes are:   Video games attract participants from all ages, genders, ethnicities, and educational statuses they appeal to every c
